• Customize visualization for each protein using the controls below each viewer
• Change representation style and coloring for each protein individually
• Click on any amino acid in the sequence alignment to highlight it in all structures
• Fixed highlights show important residues defined in the script
• Hover over amino acids to see actual position in protein sequence
• Use the "Reload Structures" button to refresh the structures
